I am an active Stay At Home Mom with too many hobbies! One of them being cooking. I am not at all an expert, but have spent many years attempting to cook healthier recipes. I almost always alter any recipe I read, to make it better for us all. Although I never say no to my chocolate, I always try to cut back and re-create to make other aspects a lot more in balance. Some things turn out great, and some not so great. So here's to a diary of the good and the bad attempts.
